Product Shot 1 The Pros:Workhorse of a machine. Carousel makes processing multiple samples easy. Analog machine great for learning the basics of compensation.

The Cons:Only one laser, 488 nm. Older s/w available with it for the most part. Often attached to a Win98 machine and BC will not certify clinical results with a newer OS. Only four fluorescent channels.

elizabeth: #beckman_coulter_epics_xl Chances are you won't be purchasing an Epics XL unless you are in a third world country. Ours was purchased used in about 2004. Very low maintenance machine. I love it, though of course oggling a more modern machine. Dec 22, 10
